Manufacturing flow

The waste paper and waste plastics accepted as raw materials are first roughly sorted, screened, chopped and molded whereby RPF is produced.

Unlike RDF, which is produced from municipal waste from households, RPF is produced from traceable industrial waste and/or sorted municipal waste. Therefore pretreatment such as drying is unnecessary and manufacturing process is simplified. As a result, energy consumption for manufacturing is low and high calorific fuel of stable quality is produced.
